Redermalization
Redermalization is an injectable treatment that works at the level of the skin's extracellular matrix and fibroblasts — precisely where collagen and elastin are produced and where the processes that determine skin quality and condition take place. It goes well beyond conventional moisturizing mesotherapy — redermalization reaches deeper and activates mechanisms that hydration alone cannot provide.
The foundation of redermalization preparations is sodium succinate combined with hyaluronic acid. Sodium succinate activates cells, inhibits processes leading to cell death, stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis, improves oxygen delivery to tissues and has anti-inflammatory properties — normalizing levels of inflammatory mediators such as histamine and serotonin. Hyaluronic acid replenishes moisture deficits in tissues, preventing skin dehydration.
This combination delivers results on multiple levels: improved skin texture and firmness, a lifting effect, reduction of hyperpigmentation, diminished wrinkle depth and deep nourishment from within.
The treatment is particularly recommended for skin showing visible signs of aging and loss of firmness, hyperpigmentation, inflammatory conditions and post-acne changes, puffiness around the eyes — including the upper eyelid, where other preparations are typically not used, dehydrated, dull skin lacking radiance, as preparation or recovery after chemical peels, laser treatments and plastic surgery, and as part of a slow age approach to skin care.
The preparations are administered intradermally using very fine needles. The treatment is well tolerated — topical anesthesia is applied beforehand. The skin may be slightly reddened after the procedure, which subsides within a few hours. Results build gradually over a series of treatments — the skin becomes firmer, tighter, more even and radiant.
The best results are achieved with a series of treatments at regular intervals, tailored individually to the condition and needs of the skin.
